today i'm doing a cleanse that my friend nika introduced to me. just like she did, i'm making a few tweaks to make it easier for me to live with haha. i know i know people. it's supposed to be a cleanse, so it's not supposed to be easy for me. i understand this. i also know that i can't starve myself to get where i need to be. so i'm tweaking and there's no whinin at me. understand?? haha. okay here it is.
day 1 - all fruit (pineapple and melons are best) + 2 chicken breast
day 2 - all veggies (dark greens are best) + 2 chicken breast
day 3 - fruits & veggies, 1 baked potato, + 2 chicken breast
day 4 - fruit + 2 chicken breast
day 5 - veggies + 2 chicken breast
day 6 - all bananas + 3 chicken breast
day 7 - brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, + 2 chicken breast
water - 1 to 2 gallons a day
my tweaks - on veggie days i'm going to incorporate a fruit along with a protein (turkey bacon, egg, yogurt) for breakfast, also adding a protein in with lunch so it tides me over. i'm subbing the chicken for fish and turkey on a few days since it's what i have in the house. but i'm mainly going to be eating constantly throughout the day, munching on fruits and veggies - depending on the day. so far i got day one under my belt but we'll see. i've tried this 3 times already and never made it to day 2 haha. i'm also switching out some water for tea since i want to start drinking more healthy tea like shanti (i follow her tooooo!!) haha that's it though.
