spin bike

i absolutely looooooove my spin bike! i bought it a couple of years back from a gym that was switching owners and i scored a sweet bike for $100. and let me tell you. i never got on a spin bike until i took this one home and o m g it's noooot like a stationary bike at alllll. i don't know what i was thinking!! but i love it and i wouldn't sell it for anything in the world. i'm going to start using it, along with my treadmill. i'm going to be posting more about my spinning experiences later.
