the evil eliptical

i can't get it above 45 without really exhausting myself, but i'm going to push myself. i really need to in order to lose weight. i didn't get fat by eating in my comfort zone now did i?? haha nahhh i got fat by stuffing my face til i felt i'd explode, so it only makes sense that i should sweat my buns off to lose said fat. ooooh and i can post sweaty face pics!!!
