i did a total of 30 minutes.
10 trips up and down my stairs (13 steps)
20 squats
30 jumping jacks
10 girlie push ups (that shouldn't be called push ups because never did i touch the ground)
20 side to sides (on both sides)
20 dumb bell curls
10 flies
50 jump rope jumps
5 minutes random dancing
first sweaty face pic to come later!!!!
