ok so i haven't had a drink in a little over a week (1 week 1 day) but decided that i wanted to have a few beers while i decorate the house and our little charlie brown tree. i'm not caving in to peer pressure. it's just hubby and i, and i have no urge to smoke. thank goddd. i just wanted to have a few and enjoy the beautiful day. and let me tell you - if i only drink once a week that is a success to me. and it's mgd 64 so only 64 calories in one 12 oz bottle. i included it in my daily calories and if i want to have all 6 than i can and still be in my calorie range. i made a deal with my hubby prior to drinking (about a month or so ago we came to this agreement). if i choose to drink while on plan than i can only have the mgd 64 and i had to include it in my cals. sooo i did!!!
and again i just want to point out that i do not consider this a failure because drinking is sadly a big part of my life and my fun and i will not give it up completely. besides, once in a while won't kill me. don't judge :-)

That is good that you have a 'plan' to drink the ones with less calories to stay on plan. Good job.
ReplyDeleteI feel ya on this...no way I could give it up completely either. Just keep making better choices and you'll get to your goal!
